Claims Manager

Our client, an established firm of construction and engineering claims and dispute consultants seeks an experienced Claims Manager / Claims Consultant to work on two piping projects which have a number of commercial difficulties to deal specifically with disputes and contract administration. This role is based in Germany on a power station project particularly for piping. Initially this role is for 6 months. You will be responsible for Contract Administration between the main contractor and sub contractors, contract interpretation and review, preparation and management of claims, defence of incoming claims and be able to prepare outgoing claims.
